Noida Authority is notorious about inaction on
1. encroachment,
2. waste management,
3. Safety and cleanliness,
4. Stray animals on main roads and colonies,
5. Trimming of trees touching electric lines,
6. Blocked sewer lines,
7. Cleaning of drains and replacement of broken covers
Without attending to the complaint, they send a message
"Complaint resolved, case closed" more

It is true. The encroachment menace is very serious. The encroachers have blocked the road side drains and have also occupied the road berms. This leads to choking of road side drains and consequent flooding of roads during rains. I am living in Kendriya Vihar Sector-51 NOIDA where large number of ground floor residents have blocked road side drains and have encroached upon the road side berms which have been added to their premises. This results in ponding of water and reduction in road width and consequent reduction in space for parking. One resident has even constructed additional room in common open space. Will NOIDA authority act to remove such encroachments? more

YES I DO AGREE. I HAVE COMPLAINED FOR SEWER OVERFLOW TWICE AND THEY JUST DID NOT DO PROPER CLEANING RESULTING THE TENANT VACATED THE FLAT AND IS NOW LYING VACANT FOR MONTHS LIKE RUINS. more

Very True Rakesh. In addition we may also add poor road conditions & water accumulation on roads. more

Very True Rakesh. We should also add improper & unauthorised Parking, unplanned construction of Rods, elevated roads etc as other areas where Noida authority just does not want to take any action. This despite multiple inputs and complaints to them. more
