Noida E way Bill (Form 38)
Yesterday - the courier shipment was late and had to be sent from my office to the Courier office in Noida itself. Car was stopped by a Cop - who insisted that papers were not in order - and car had to be taken to Thana (which meant further delay) - took money from my driver for letting him go - Harrasment restarted !! more

Cops have no right to check papers - Legally - My courier timing had been missed at my office so my driver was taking my export parcels(Of course documentation was complete) to the Office of DHL and had to pass sector 37 - he said that all cars were being asked to stop on the side and he just would not listen - he knew we were in a hurry - Technically - (not this has been postponed to Aug. 15) - Legally speaking - one must have a road permit or now what is called as Eway Bill - generated online - that was the only flaw - but the cops don't know that in any case - these were just 'hungry' cops who cannot leave a bad habit - He said 'Thana chalo - paper waha check honge' - When we cannot control the borders of our own country - how can we control borders of state or now with new eway bill - even within state - This will just give rise to corruption all around. The founding fathers of our country did not wish to create laws that ive rise to corruption and harassment in this manner I am sure. Now this eway bill has been postponed to 15 Aug. 17 - but this will really start/keep alive the corruption even after GST. Eway Bill/Challan / Road Permit has to be created for all commercial goods above one lakh in value even for movement within Noida/State and above Rs 5000 in value for movement outside state - Now this had gone away after GST - but UP Govt has got it back - but after two days of it coming back - it has postponed its decision upto 15 aug because I guess its servers could not stand the rush and permits were not being generated !! This kind of Indian laws wherein everyone is a 'crook' and - just has to prove themselves innocent every time if you want to do business - is a reality. My export parcel left by DSL that same evening - but what a pain !! more

Nothing has changed even after BJP- Yogi Government. Its just not Percolated below the Level. Even visited ARTO, Noida 2 days back. Same old things and Touts everywhere. Corruption is in the Blood of Everyone. How to deal with it . Unnecessary Delay to harrass to loosen money . Best Example I seen in passport office. more
