Noida Encorachment problem solution
Seems like noida authority keeps failing residents of noida time and again with encroachments. In sector 93 in front of eldeco we have permanent food truck and other pan walas who are menace to the area. there is garbage and filth flying all the time along with rogue elements hanging out in otherwise good area.
when an authority van comes, these vendors remove their establishments for a day or 2 and gain they are in business.
I propose noida authority start fines of 50,000, sealing of goods (to be distributed to needy) and if not paying fine, 3 months of arrest for these vendors.
The DM should also take active interest otherwise we may just forget swachh bharat. This is no different rule than SP rule 2012-17 more

If the DM & his team are not on the payroll of opposition, they should have no hesitation in removing all the encroachments & prove their worth in the eyes of the public. They will restrain themselves from doing the right thing if they re under political pressure. more

Many areas exist of encroachments in Noida ..... Maybe people know of the temple constructed under a tree just in front of the DPS (School). As early as in 2004 the tree frew fully with long branches and foliage. Someone put a stone and painted it red against the tree trunk. Someone became a PANDIT and sat there to earn alms from our discerning public. Then after a couple of years, probably in 2006 or 2007, the tree branches were cut and the Pujari disappeared. The functioning of the so-called temple stopped. After another 2 years or so, perhaps in 2008, some one became a Pujari once again..... after a few months a circular plinth was constructed by the Pujari around the tree and the temple went back into business. The circular plinth obstructs traffic movement, but a large number of people stop their cars (Big and small) near the tree (Now more of a stump) and do puja at the temporary temple. WHY DO WE JUST BLAME THE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION? WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO STOP THERE FOR PUJA? more

Many suggestions have poured in. Has someone from Noida Authority cared to look at these. When will the D M decide to take some positive steps to remove encroachments, ensure that the buses/ trucks have a designated place for night parking (and not block the main roads), improve traffic management services & remove piles of garbage lying unattended in most of the sectors of Noida. When shall we see a 'Swatch Noida'? more

What to say of temporary encrochments, Noida authorities gives a blind eye to the permanant structures on the Govt. land. In many cplonoies people have extended their boundry walls on Govt land and at places even houses have been built. It is no secter as why all this is happening. more
