We are seeing and many authoritative personalities do viewing the rigorous revolts , riots , damages causing heavy losses and financial losses in many States even in the shape of revolt , expression or , protest by many Associations , Teams and Groups AND NONE IS INTERFERING INCLUDING THE COURTS . How can this be allowed as normal or , non-harrassive without punishments ? No body cares of high rated Sound Speakers, Sirens at Maszids in Sleeping Hours of Children , No body cares of high rated Sound speakers all through the day time at Street Centers during Navarathri ; Dasami ; etc., disturbing the Children's study hours . HERE, THE MAIN ISSUE IS THAT THE PARTIES / PERSONS CLAIMING TO ARREST THE CATTLE PARADES , JALLIKATTU etc., HINDU ANCIENT CULTURAL ACTIVITIES == WHILE AS THEY AND THEIR TOPS ARE NOT AT ALL CARING THE ARREST OF CATTLE SLAUGHTER , BINDING OF DOGS , CLOSING OF DOGS IN 2 / 3 SIDE CLOSED ALTHROUGH THE DAY AND SOME EVEN IN NIGHT TIME , etc.,etc., while these Dogs Bark with Heavy Sound Cry many times a day even in continued time . ONE DAY AT SOME RELAXED HOUR PRACTICE , IS NOT THE PROBLEM REALLY . The continued or , repeat are the real problems . PRIOR TO BAN OF CIRCUS Etc., AMUSEMENTS WITH ANIMALS , THE STARVING OF PEOPLE WAS LESS , THE PEOPLE SHARED MANY JOYS AND FREE WITH ANIMALS .=== BUT, SINCE AFTER THE INTRODUCTION OF T. V. CHANNELS SHOWING WILD ANIMALS AND HUNTING WITHIN THE ANIMALS , undoubtedly , this Wild activities were set in youth mind viewing those channels and we are experiencing along-with the other countries . PRIOR TO BAN OF SOME CULTURAL PROGRAMS , PEOPLE WERE HAPPILY ENJOYED THE PEACE AND KNOWLEDGE OF FESTIVE CULTURE ====== BUT , SINCE AFTER INTRODUCTION OF SUCH AND SEXY PRESENTATION AND REPRESENTATION OF WOMEN IN MANY ADVERTISEMENTS AND EVEN EPISODES though the Indecent presentation of Women [ Prohibition ] Act has been in Force , MADE SOME NOT ONLY YOUTH, CHILDREN , OLD-AGED TOO BECOME NERVOUS AND BENT TO WILDISH SEX-DESIRES .
