Nokia Mobile 6.1 Plus_ After Sales no support from Nokia
I have purchased Nokia 6.1Plus by Flipkart and since then I was facing several problem and I tried a lot to get it replaced with replacement period but they have refused to do so.
Still, I am facing the same problem and as of now, I am completely fear to use it because its battery is getting exhaust very soon and also, it is not being charged with any Nokia charger and it is off right now.
I have submitted it in Nokia service center in Noida- Niel Communication by job sheet no. 962433527/190225/003 on dated 25 Feb 2019 and service agent detail is {Care Center:962_433527, Contact No. 0120-4549349, email- niel_noida@flexcare.in} and they asked for 10 days to change the charging port which they found as problem but still after 10 days they have not solved the problem and returned it as it is , saying that they have not received the part from Nokia.
Now, please tell me... why am I suffering??
