Non Approval of E KYC by ex employer

What is the fun of whole EPF being online when employee is still at the mercy of Employer to get his/ her E KYC approved by Employer to file withdrawl.
Even the so called Grievance cell says that it is helpless in this matter.
Things were good earlier. People used to bribe PF officials and the money was released.
What is the way out now for such problems. more  

Chek the procedures & go through it again, I got my Pf within 15 days of application.... I applied in bangalore.. and i got ghe anount in my accnt within 15 days... Verification by past employer is acceptable. Need to provide safeguards to avoid delayed approvals. There are some employers who take advantage of approval by them and delay process. Hence there should be a time limit for employer approval. more  
Dear Sinha, I am also an employee,it is a system of verifying the gen unity, which is necessary to avoid frauds.If you have genuinely worked with some organisation,need not to worry.In my opinion verification of genuine employee should be there. Malhotra D K more
