Non Oily or Spicy.

I have been asked by my doctor not to eat oily or spicy food. Does anyone have such recipes on-line even non-veg ones would do as I am finding it even more difficult to search for these kinds of recipes. more

Make a habit of Pranayama, Kapalabhati & yoga for one hour, timely consuming cooked food twice a day keeps healthy for long life. more  
Try using bell peppers and black pepper in your cooking which will enhance the taste. more  
My dear sir,             It is a lame excuse to cite the situations of impurities/sprays/poisonous fertilizers. Are the dried vegetables (Pulses or DALS) not out of these green vegetable? At least you can soak the green vegetables in salty/Salaine  water for some time to remove the Toxins but how about the dried vegetables wherein poisons have got dried up with vegetables.It is also learnt that apples are coated with Wax.
