Non-operational of Rajiv Gandhi Hospital

Non-operational of Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital at Dilshad Garden, Delhi and similar Super Specialty Hospital at Janak Puri, Delhi
Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention that Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital at Dilshad Garden in East Delhi is ready since last 2/3 years but it has not yet been operational.
Because of the non-operation of the Hospital, citizen of the Delhi is not able to utilize the services of this large hospital and have to depend on the mercy of the private hospitals. The hospital has been built with the hard earned money of citizen of India and due to non-operational of the hospital, hard earned money of the people is going waste.
I am failed to understand why this is not fully operational even after 2/3 years of construction. Due to non-operationalisation of the hospital, all the machine and equipment would become obsolete and have to replace when hospital become operational.
Similar hospital in Janak Puri is also non-operational for the reason best known to the authorities.
If these two hospitals become operational immediately, then medical problem of people of Delhi would improve to a large extent and burden on existing govt. hospitals would reduce.
I humbly request authorities to please look into the above matter on priority and investigate why the above two mentioned hospitals are non-operational despite elapse of more than 2 years of construction. more

The momentum seen in sanctioning construction of hospital buildings, purchase of medical equipment is lacking when it comes to hiring manpower to run these institutions. It needs investigation. There are definite norms for sanction of staff for each category for different bed strength .The staff should be sanctioned at the time of sanction of construction & post should be advertised few months before the estimated completion of building.Every thing is possible if some one is there to question the authorities as to why recruitment of staff not done till now & responsibility should be fixed.Under RTI INFORMATION CAN Be asked as to when & by whom the staff for the said hospital was to be recruited. more
Let Delhi Govt. or Health Ministry Central Govt. reply or take care of these hospitals otherwise residents of the two areas file PIL in the courts. more
most probably these two hospitals are under delhi government .It is not known as to what factors are preventing the health minister from opening these important hospital while health has to be given top most preference. more
These hospitals may be awaiting auspicious time for inauguration by some VVIP, pl do not bother about replacement or expiry of guarantee/ warranty of the medical equipment or AC & other installations. We have large funds by way of international aid or own budget, public can can fend for itself in Pvt Hospitals wherein they have confidence. This is the model of development seen in the past decade or so. more
Dear Ravi you are at full liberty to file a case in the court for deficiency in the services and other related hard ships. Please go a head and improve the services more
