The previous governments in their power backing thirst , did not care the productive applications not only in the Government Ruling attitude but also the Financial and Banking Sector without regulating the Indian Funds to be apportioned at a considerable requisite on Industrial & Infrastructural Necessities though specifically cited under the articles of our Constitution setting off even the duties under the authorities vested by article 19 {6 } , 31 A , and 39 C . Astonishingly , they even did not care to address the public and National need in Economy by enforcing the Financial Emergency EVEN THOUGH ALL THE GOVERNMENTS FAILED TO ADDRESS THE PUBLIC INTEREST & PUBLIC WELFARE PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION SPECIFIED UNDER ARTICLE 45 , 46 , AND , 47 , WHICH ARE THE FUNDAMENTALLY ESSENTIAL HUMAN NEEDS . This gross negligence of the Ruling Governments shall be redressed with the spirit of Public Interest through article 32 , 39 A , and , the 226 . But still none is daring to step ahead to activate and opt for this Public Issue that pertains to all individual Indians . SOME THING LIKE FREEDOM STRUGGLE CONCENTRATION IS NEEDED PLEASE . more
The rules of the banks allows them to keep track for getting the interest. Is their any provision for them to check whether the amount is utilized for the purpose for which the amount is sanctioned?? more
why even 25%. Banks must stop lending for unproductive purposes because borrowers claim something and do something else. Funds r not used for the purpose for which it is borrowed. They bribe the Bank officials and get report favorable to them. There should be heavy penalty imposed on defaulters. more
When CA exam is considered as the most tough exams compared to any other higher education, how can a auditors be under qualified??? What I heard was an auditor can manage 19 companies for auditing irrespective of the scale of the industry. When their is under employment, why a auditor is given rights to work for 19 companies. In case of auditors, auditing big companies are receiving a very reasonable salary and if the same guy handles 6-7 Big companies auditing, he may pay tax of course, think about his annual income on the other hand auditors are suffering without jobs. more
Dear Vinod Sharma, you come across several institutions, why single out banks only. Qualification and integrity are different things. Officers of integrity become unpopular in the org. they serve for obvious reasons. Then starts harassment and punishment for being honest. Go to any office including private sector companies, you face similar treatment. I write on my personal experience. The situation can change when honest get support of colleagues including officers. more
