Non-receipt receipt of DHBVN bills

The residents of Sector 37 Faridabad faced problems w.r.t no -receipts of electricity bills till the time writing this post I.e 1800 hrs of 25th August 2018 the due date of payment for which is 27th August 2018. Whether other residents in Faridabad faced similar problems so that the issue in a consolidated form is taken up with DHBVN. more

Recd bill. Also bills are available on their website. No issues at all. more

I am also not getting bills since more than 2 years. SDO and Concerned JE are also not taking any action.I am senior citizen having 66 years of age and every time I have to go to collect duplicate bill on the basis of information collected through Paytm etc. Even XEN was unable to take action when sms In this regard was sent to him.Very bad condition of Electricity Deptt.Even their call centers are doing nothing more
