Non sanction of Pension thogh about 6 yrs due
I was EPS member for more than 30 yrs. I completed my 58 years of age on 21.05.2013. My last employment was with Bilt Graphic Paper Products Limited,Unit Sewa, Jeypore, Koraput, having A/c no OR/BAM/2910/2340. Thougmore than 5 years have passed my pension is not sanctioned till date. My employer has submitted my form 10D in September, 2017 ( 58 being completed in July 2017) and my claim has been settled in the month of January, 2018. Pension is yet to start. more

Normally it does not take this much time. When have you submitted form 10D, through your employer. You can also enquire with your employer, whether and when they have sent your form 10D to EPFO office. You can also enquire with the EPFO office, where the form is submitted. more
