The point you highlighted are well known to all including Politician, Beurocrats, Policy makers, Administration at every stage, Courts (All four Pilar of Democracy system in the Country India) & it's effect on every citizen & resident. केवल काम चलाऊ काम करने का तरीका फाइल/कागजों को पूरा करना मात्र। लोकतंत्र वर्तमान में भीड़तंत्र की व्यवस्था बन चुका है। NO one interested & capable to solve it u till & unless very strong will power to impose (1) DISCIPLINE REGIDLY WITH NO COMPROMISE.(2) IN EDUCATION SYSTEM FREE COMPULSARY & EQUAL EDUCATION UPTO 10+2 PATTERN WITH SOCIAL/CHARACTER BUILDING FROM VERY FIRST STEP IN SCHOO & PASSING MARKS 80%. You are right- these politicians will do anything for votes. At one time these freebies were called "rewris" but the same people are busy distributing freebies. The Mah. Govt is running on borrowed money, yet they do not hesitate in "donating" money under some nomenclature to attract votes. People do not know that if this govt in Maharashtra does not win the elections, then all these rewris will stop. more

आप स्वीकार करें या ना करे पर भ्रष्टाचार हमारे खून में है और उसे किसी क़ानून से समाप्त नहीं किया जा सकता है - सरकार की छोड़िये हम अपनी बात करें जहाँ अवसर मिलता है चूकते नहीं है अरे हम मंदिर में दर्शन कॉम जाते है तो वहाँ भी शार्ट कट खोजते है लाइन में लगने से बचने के लिए - वस्तुतः जैसा कि बाबा साहेब ने लिखा है कि प्रजातंत्र के लिया जरूरी है कि वहाँ ग़रीबी और अशिक्षा न हो और यहाँ दो दोनों है - वोट देते वक्त हम काम नहीं देखते अपना स्वार्थ देखते है - और भ्रष्टाचार में यदि ग्रेडिंग हो तो पहला स्थान मिलेगा न्यायपालिका को उसके बाद मीडिया फिर नौकरशाह और नेता आयेंगे more
