As you grow older, your sleep time also reduces. Also your sleep stretch hours also reduces. For example you will like to sleep for few hours may be 2-3 times in 24 hours. more

Useful. It is also part of our culture. Mobile culture contributing to some extend for sleepless nights. more

Very true for those people that forcibly don't sleep enough, due to work-pressure or other stress-related reasons. As the gentleman in the video alluded to, some people cannot sleep, for example those afflicted with Insomnia. It would be interesting how the brains would be impacted for such unfortunates. more
