not getting pension from MCD since nov 2014 and DA increase
My wief retired as teacher from west zone , South Delhi MCD.Had given life certificate to bank UCO in Mumbai where I have my pension account is there.
I came to know there is some problem with life certificate approached the bank , manager of bank told me that they do not send life certificate for whom we do not receive list , send it to from wher you get the pension. From MCD I am told to give to Bank I am at loss what to do can any one help.
My pension was calculated with 90% DA which was 100 % . I did not get any increase .

Submit a copy of life certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer to South Delhi MCD and Pension Disbursing Authority. Take an acknowledgement in receipt of submission of life certificate. If they refuse to accept, get it in writing. If you do not get correct pension in the ensuing month, please, take up with Deptt of Pensioner's Welfare concerned with MCD. Also, please seek necessary information and action to be taken by you under RTI both from MCD and Bank. I hope it should work. more

As far as I understand the life certificate is to be given at the bank brancha/c in which your pension is credited and not at any branch. Regarding pension amount you may have to approach pension disbursing authority, and seek clarification reason for no increase in pension based on incrase in da. more
