Is the PF credited into your account? If it is not, and you have a salary slip indicating that it has been deducted. If it is already credited, you can follow up with RPFO. more  

Dear Sandeep You may visit the exact office where pf account is allocated.. i.e. Regional PF office ... considering that you have your pf account number with you... you should take pf withdrawal form from there fill the form attach 1) Photocopy of Govt owned bank (PSU Bank) saving account passbook i.e. SBI, Bank of India any govt sector bank where you have your saving bank account.... 2) Aadhaar card 3) Bonafide letter from bank manager of govt sector bank where you have your saving bank account. get all these document attested from same branch manager of govt sector bank where you have your saving bank and submit them in office... more
