Not handling citizen grievance in govt
8 LOUs were issued to Nirav Modis company in feb 2017. Fir copy attached. Hari Prasad made the complaint to Govt in Late 2016 which was forwarded to ROC and closed. Why such ignorance?

1. concerned departments do not have sufficient resources to check activities of agencies come under their control. 2. If a consumer/customer gives a complaint, they can not exam because they can not trust every `Tom Dick & Harry' 3. Even the complaint is taken for investigation it may take decades to decide 4. By the time it is decided the short public memory will forget that there was a complaint. 5. the concerned agency has lot of time to continue the same activity at least till the court/ department takes a decision more

Dear Ms. Maheshwari, While I can't decipher anything from your attachment or understand who Mr. Hariprasad referred in your resource, please be assured that even if you were to be in a position of deciding future course of action on a complaint received, you will first verify that person's locus-standii. Every complaint given by every `Tom Dick & Harry', even if the complaint may be true, it won't be pursued, at least until some Prima-facie evidence is shown by a third party. Given the rotten system, that has got to be entrenched during last 70 years, even then a complaint may not be investigated if it appears to the authority that he has to deploy his limited resources on more pressing matters. Once the affected party files a complaint and in the process is not trampling the feat of rich or influential people, then and then only it will be taken up. The cognisance of occurrence of wrong-doing may be taken up if reputed journalists publish an in-depth article/ analysis but even their articles are ignored if they lack standing. 2. I am not able to understand what ROC stands for. Is it `Registrar of Companies'. If so, what has he got to do with a fraud? Do you want him to direct suspension of operations and dissolution of PNB?. A fraud should not have occurred if controls are right and applied correctly. If not, RBI needs to look into the procedures followed by PNB (perhaps other banks too). I may be wrong but I think Serious Frauds Office under RBI investigates them with assistance from CBI. more

Totally disappointed with Modi Govt.'s governance. Common people have been short-changed - higher taxes, no improvement in quality of life, unresponsive Govt., in short all-round failure. NDA+BJP will meet same fate in 2019 as in 2004 & Modi will pack his bags back to Ahmedabad. more

System rotten or not, fact is that salaried middle-class tax payers badly treated, armed forces higher echelon didn't get their due, ART. 370 still remains, Kashmir, Pakistan problems not decreased, China problem increased, Common civil code not moved - All these are not system driven but due to lack of political will. Modi has been lucky - internati0nal crude oil prices crashed, but he failed to give advantage. VIP raj increased, again not because of old rot but due lack of political will. Terrorists still exist, justice not available to common man. Bureaucratic apathy in full force - if Modi was siincere ot could have been reduced. more

Mr. Sudheer Mehta, you must be included in the new Tax payers list who are forced to pay Tax, hence total Tax doubled in 2016-17 to more than Rs. 10 L Cr. Where do you find higher Tax? Do you know, UPA Government left the country in which condition? Soldiers didn't have bullet proof jacket, Air Force didn't have better A/C, Navy didn't have better ship & Submarine, North East States didn't have proper roads to carry armaments and machinery to protect our border which China is always infiltrating and raising their voice to capture Arunachal Pradesh and saying it is their State. A new Bridge got constructed to connect Arunaachal Pradesh with Assam. This Bridge was started by UPA Government but not even 1/4 was constructed, Modi government completed it in 2 years. Now the construction of more than 4000Km road along the China border is under progress. Yesterday on 07 Apr. the condition of some part of border line was shown by Zee News through DNA. Where from this money will come? Do you want India to be defeated by China like 1962? I will suggest you to watch DNA in Zee News channel at 2100 hrs. from Monday to Saturday to know about the present status of our adorable India. I am a Retired Defence Person, not from Zee News! Govt officers are not accuntable to socity. Unless you give bribe, non of your complaint heard. If the case investigated, Again on giving bribe by other party case can be closed. In both the cases officers will get benefit. more

There is no one who is accountable for citizens' complaints, be it bank frauds or even a simple civic issues. Tons of apps are there but it is a one way traffic. There needs to be a system where if a complaint is not addressed to the satisfaction of the citizen within a given time period, it should automatically go the highest authorities. All the complaints should be publicly available on websites. more
