Not in agreement with recent decisions
Fail to understand some of the recent judicial decisions:
1) Selling water above MRP permitted in restaurants/hotels
2) Smaller warning on ciggerate packs now
3) No consideration on addressing the mandatory linkages of different accounts to aadhaar, just a date extension.
Some experts who understand please share why are these decisions coming against citizens all of a sudden. more

MRP means that a seller gets below that price which is called his profit, so why should anything be charged extra beyond that MRP,be it water,medicine,anything,hospitals charge for rooms,services rendered etc.so why charge more for the medicines TA Law should be made immediately to enforce such ruling on all establishments,hospitals,restaurants etc.and Local Circles should post a letter with list of recommendations to the Prime Minister bwho will definitely see and do something. more

Even the press release can not be aclerical error and despite that the judge did not voice the same as error,it is done intentionaly and must have rubbed hands with manufacturers to dictate such an order.Shame on the Judges to do so. more

This is too much. Do not cast aspersions on the judiciary. Criticize it by all means. Put forth your reasons but do not cast aspersions. This is the only resource available with us in democracy.

Yes I agree with Ms Naina about first two decision. However I feel linkage with AAdhar is not required due to privacy issue. PAN is enough if implemented strictly. vinod kumar more
