Not to take Daikin AC

I purchased one 1.5 T daikin AC from one shop of Basudevpur, Bhadrak. But the AC is not cooling properly. After doing many request service engineer came two times. First time checked but condition was not improved. 2nd time, cheking not done due to loadsheding at that time. Technician went without checking. Now AC sometime is cooling and most of time not cooling.
I would not know this type of bad service of the Daikin company and request other not to take Daikin's AC. more

Folks, there can always be a black sheep in the flock. Just because of them you don't cull the flock..... So, let's be a big reticent about such drastic remarks/recommendations..... more
You have not mentioned how long you have been using the AC. Whether it is in warranty or not. Cooling not happening might be primarily because of 2 reasons. It is low on refrigerant gas or the Air filter has got choked. You can get both of them checked. Also you have mentioned that you face load shedding. Please note that the compressor might not work efficiently if the voltage / current is low in your area. Please get the input voltage / current measured and get a stabilizer installed if required. If your AC is out of warranty then my advice is not to depend on company service center but find a reliable AC service center (technician) near your area and get it serviced by them. At least you can always catch hold of him. more
I am looking for 2 AC but now will not even consider Daikin more
knock the door of consumer court in your area. more
It is advisiable to purchase any product after necessary market study, availability of service center and reputation of the company. more
