Now a days people say save us from 3 suits, white suites, black suits and khaki suits. I.e. save us from doctors/hospitals, lawyers/judicairies and police. Pray God that he saves us from all these three. While cji is right to have independent judiciary which should be, efforts by government is desired to see that there is no backlog of judiciary, fast judgement say, within 2 years, correct judgement. If judiciary can achieve this without government help, fine, independent judiciary is desired. A system need to be evolved by which the above mentioned goal is achieved. I will be happy to see that the judges takes their salary just by sitting idle. I.e. No pending cases. All cases solved very fast and to the satisfaction. more

The judiciary itself in the bad shape unable to resolve its own problems ranging from Transfer-ency to independence leave aside the contradictory Judgments pronounced in the same and similar matters. The Subordinate court/s and the Judgments thereof are all together separate chapter. Should the common man expect the Justice?????? more

My grandmother also said the same thing when I was 5 or 6.Never go to the police, courts or hospitals....you will never return. God save us from the three hurdles. Dt 16.9.16 more
