Form No. 10C is for withdrawal of pension and form no. 13 is transfer of EPF & Pension. Please clarify the form no. ? Also whether your PF was maintained by PF Trust or Commissioner? more

Hi Sujoy , thanks for your response .In my case I had filled up form 10C and already transferred my EPF accumulations . should I follow the same process again to transfer Pension scheme accumulation or it should be automatic along with EPF transfer . somehow I am not clear about the status check of PENSION in www.epfIndia.gov.in . will you be kind enough to share more details on the process more

The Pension is maintained by the concerned Regional Provident Fund commissioner with whom your Trust is registered. For transfer of pension you need to submit the Form No. 10C to your trust, who post verification and attachment of details will forward the same to RPFC concerned for transfer of the service period to your present RPFC. Also you may check online at www.epfIndia.gov.in, if the trust has uploaded the details for pension. If so, then you can submit the request online also. more

I am having a question about Employee pension scheme . I had transferred my EPF accumulations from my previous employer controlled trust to Regional Provident fund office with whom my new employer is having account . EPF fund are transferred almost two years back but there is no information about EPS . does anyone know what happens with EPS funds and how my years of service are calculated in these lind of situations more
