NUISANCE FROM UNAUTHORIZED ENTRANTS INTO RAIL COMPARTMENTS :
During peak hours passengers are troubled by pickpockets and other thieves. At lean hours we do see all sorts of unauthorized people entering the compartments .
* The blind , the Deaf, the differently abled the old and beggars.
* Small time vendors
* Beggars of a different type who demand money from the hapless passengers. . BUT A HORRIBLE TYPE OF AGGRESSIVE BEGGING HAS COME TO THE NOTICE JUST NOW PARTICULARLY IN CROWDED UN RESERVED COMPARTMENTS . FAIRLY YOUNG WOMEN WALK HALF NAKED WITH THEIR PAJAMAS DOWN LITERALLY AND TAPPING EVERY PASSENGER DEMANDING MONEY IN NOTES . ONE SUCH WHICH HAS GONE VIRAL HAS BEEN CIRCULATED . IF THE MEN REFUSE THESE WOMEN EVEN OPEN THE BLOUSES TO EMBARRASSING THEM . ONE CAN IMAGINE HOW BAD THE FEMALE PASSENGERS IN THE COMPARTMENT FEEL. OUT OF DECENCY I AM NOT ATTACHING THE VIDEO THAT WENT VIRAL , AS THIS FORUM WILL HAVE SEVERAL WOMEN READERS.
We see in the press that Railways have increased Vigilance. There are help lines for passengers who posses tickets with P.N.R. So naturally the passengers travelling in unreserved compartments are sitting ducks. Yet we don’t know how these Tormentors are emboldened to enter the Rail compartments .
T.T.E’s may not able to do anything single handedly .
BUT CAN’T THEY ALERT THE SECURITY IN THE NEXT STATION AND ROUND THESE OFF ,SO THAT THE AUTHORIZED PASSENGERS CAN TRAVEL IN PEACE.

They are not unauthorized they have been given licence on payment of secualr premium by our babus. Pl mind your language. You may face defamation suit and other problems. more

Railways is least concerned about the convenience to the passengers on reserved compartments. They have tightened the noose around the neck of TTE's by asking them to deposit minimum Rs.1lac per team of 3-4 TTe's, per month,as per a TTEs wording on condition of annonimity. Hence they just make tickets even of those coming into the compartment with general ticket or waitlisted or any type of ticket without bothering for the people. I travelled from Bengaluru to Chandrapur and from there to delhi with reserved tickets but couldn't sleep even for a minute due to fear of luggage getting stolen as there were so many unauthorised persons moving around even in the mid of night. more

Reservation compartment also needs to be free from beggar, hawkers, local passenger (not hanging reservation). but it is Indian and every one thing my work completed why to thing about others why to interfere and trouble my self. " YE DESH KABHI NAHI SUDHEREGA" more

Begging has become a business in India. Mafia is running this industry in every city. Religious places, markets, traffic lights, picnic spots, bus stands/stops, rly. stations are the target areas. If they (beggers/transgenders) are not given any money, they insult the people in the worst possible manner. It has earned a bad name for India and hence Govt. must ban begging throughout the country. The railways/roadways staff have miserably failed to control it as they are not accountable to any body. more
