OBHS - Onboard House Keeping Services - Feedback

Over 500 pairs of trains now have On Board House Keeping Services (OBHS). These include all Rajdhanis, Shatabdis, Duronto and many other other important long distance Mail/Express trains for frequent cleaning of coach toilets, doorways, aisles and passenger compartments during the run of the trains.

Kindly advise your feedback on the current state/quality of these services. Please provide as much details as that will help us understand what is working well and what the issues are in a better way.

OBHS personnel usually keep their equipments in toilet. Thus make one toilet in that particular coach unavailable to passengers. This I saw in Pushpak Express. They should be given proper space to keep their equipments and training also. more
