Objection against Custodial Death in Police Station

Please make a list of every police station.

Please also make a list of the person heading each of the police stations.
Please find out when they took charge of the police station.

Please find out why the Police in charge was torturing the captive.

Please find out the level of degree applied to the prisoners.

Please find out why the convict was captivated and the details of his case files.

Please find out why he was not subjected to a proper judicial procedure.

Please take necessary steps.

Please deploy other kinds of personel from other kinds of Investigation Agencies to investigate the details.

Custodial death of any convict in Police Station proves that Police System is trying to overshadow the Judicial System. more

we may have to review the system, discard old and useless methods /processes and introduce new effective system to deal with the problems. more

There should be straight Guide lines for investigation procedure. There are two types of criminals. Hard Or Habitual & another is Soft Core / white collar. Some are making false FIR to pressurized the Person to do whatever as per their wish. Main thing the Police dept . should be separated from Politics & Politicians. But there should be external pressure or check up from Agencies that they are not using their power. You can not blame the system always. But Try to improve the system. Till date No Body has did this work except blaming. more
