occupation of footpaths by vendors/vehicles
Despite High Court orders that the vendors cannot occupy the footpaths in Hyderabad most of the footpaths are occupited by street vendors michi/pani puri/chai vendors. The public who would like to eat and drink will park on the road cause inconvenience to the public and passing vehicles. This is a serious matter which needs to the taken as top priority.In addition parking of autos and cars on busy roads cause lot of trouble for passing vehicles. There appears to be no respect for the High Court orders. This need to be corrected. more

MYSELF want to bring to your notice that It isn't the city's Highways but the internal roads within Hyderabad 's upscale IT corridor that have reported the highest number of Accidents in recent times. Reasons for mishaps over speeding , drunk driving , Talking on phone while .driving, Driving without helmet, Driving in the wrong direction of traffic flow , jumping signal. 30% of victims are pedestrians, We therefore request you to see that our state government does More Awareness programs, Introduce Lane driving by doing Road widenings, Wide foot paths and Zebra crossings for pedestrians all over the city. Lazer guns within the city roads as well along with all National high ways. Strict punishments for violating the rules should be done without any mercy in order to decrease Road accidents. It is habitual offence by all he vendor, politician, local goon, law enforcement ,ghmc officials. Any given time all liquor shops will have 200-300 two wheelers on road abutting the shop and to cater to their appetite 10-12 food stalls,carts are doing brisk business. There is no iota of shame in the present governing apparatus. more

An App may be supplied free of cost by use of which complaint may be lodged about occupation of the street-path or a street itself whereupon the law-enforcing staff do the needful. more

Mr K K I agree with you , encroachment of footpath is a wide spread menace and it is prevalent due to collusion of vendors + local politicians + civic authorities + law keepers all have their due cut. Irony is even the place close to Police station , Govt offices etc are also having same fate. actually the authorities should be punished first for their casual approach , for not complying with their minimum responsibilities, if the things should be controlled at the very beginning itself otherwise once the vendor is stabilized he feels like its his right. more
