Odd - Even Policy
Beneficiaries with the system:-
1. Car Manufacturing Companies - Are car
makers/dealers lobbying and providing ........
2. Auto/ Taxi Union - Are they lobbying and
providing ..............
Will that make any difference if a person travels
by his car of by auto/ taxi. Are they not doing any
pollution.
3. Car Rental Companies - Are they lobbying and
providing .............
Will that make any difference if a person travels
by his car of by rented car. Are they not doing
any pollution.
4. Delhi Government – As they were under pressure
for 2 reasons :-
- INCREASE IN SALARY OF MINISTERS
and MLA’S
- JAN jokePAL BILL
Which are under no discussion now as the only
discussion now is odd/ even.
5. Are the Cars plying on road only the reason for
pollution, other factors like :-
- Building material lying on the roads.
- Parking of vehicles ie. BUSES, AUTOS,
RIKSHAWS, CARS (ANY PARKING ON
MORE THAN 40 FEET ROAD SHOULD BE
STRICTLY PROHIBITED.)
- Encrochment of footpaths and roads ie.
Auto repair market, jhuggi/ jhopri, etc.
- Govt should maintain the width of the road
and make underpass and flyovers wherever
possible, instead of irrelevant spending……
- Etc., etc.
Government should do things which are lawfully correct and justified, and not the things which create problems for a section of public. more
