Of late I have the problem of odorless belching, though I eat timely and moderately. Otherwise I am healthy, and active. Though with some hypertension and kidney underfunction, for which I take both allopathic and homeopathic medicines. I am a strict vegetarian. more

Even otherwise there are specific exercises in Yoga that helps digestion, constipation and such. Suggest you also try to get some Yoga training (online or otherwise). It will help you overcome some of your challenges. Diet is most important. You need to switch to healthier options in food: more greens (with fibre), reduce/eliminate greasy food, timely consumption of meals; etc. more

Try to take Isabgol before sleep beside regular yog exercises as Isabgol will clear the motions and keep fit and healthy stomach. more
