We citizen are being treated with discrimination in all official , educational field on the basis of our caste , religion . I am sorry to say that we are not living in ideal system . Since long , I am raising this issue , but nothing is happening in this regard . I could not understand why we are maintaining age old caste and religion system in our records . This is resulting in divisive environment in society . This is not satisfactory . Wise people has to raise their voice to change such system . Our system should not consider caste , religion , beliefs etc while dealing with Citizen .
It is backwardness when some one ask a caste while meeting . Our system always ask us . We are much racist . I don't know how much long official discrimination will continue .

Equity does not necessarily means Equality. Equality is desirable but equal uniform laws cannot be enforced on people facing unequal circumstances. this is why there is a concept of reservation in our constitution. a person with meagre earning cannot be expected to pay fines and penalties as applicable to a corporate house. special laws can be made for protection of women and children. Each action or law discriminates against some other person but idea is to achieve equality amongst unequal people. Do not confuse it with Equity. more
