Oh ! norms flouters, Have some thought for the weaker section and the medical fraternity

With people flouting safety norms, especially crowding and masks, covid is showing its ugly head again. The affluent, rich, the upper middle class, the middle class, the business (most have already increased the cost of products and services).... will not be adversely affected by this.
It is the daily wager earners, the street vendors, the construction and other such laborers, those who have a hand to mouth existence, who will bear the brunt if there is another lockdown or severe restrictions imposed.
And the doctors, nurses and other staff who come under immense pressure to risk their lives to treat the infected.
So, the norm flouters, spare a thought for these souls before you set out on your flouting adventures. more

There should be no election any where in the country for any purpose, be it Parliament, assembly, municipal corporation etc where assembly of people would be there, for six months to effectively control the spread of Covid 19 or virus like it. more
It has been well loudly been shown that gathering of huge population in agitations (e.g., farmers' agitations, election meetings, religious ceremonies, kumbh melas, on the roads in the markets) do not show Covid signs. At such gatherings examples of Covid-19 cases have not been cited. Covid-19 and its variants may be there but the people who feel safe without masks feel prety safe. ) more
If such mindset ever existed among us, we would not be facing the current situation. Even the politicians- our so called leaders, who ought to set an example following their own guidelines, are crowding, without masks or worn below chin besides allowing gatherings! How can a gathering of even 5-10 people prevent the spread of the virus if protocols are not followed? But they are allowing kumbhmelas and festivals where people gather cheek to jowl to participate! Unless stringent restrictions are imposed and followed by the powers to be, we are in for not just 2nd but even 3re & 4th wave! Looks like responsible citizens like us are the fools here! more
In our country, does anyone think of anyone except self? My experience says we don't think even 1% for others. Like the Kauravas we care (and want) 100% for ourselves. So asking people to think for others is being a bit too optimistic! :) more
Agreed sir the government is also earning huge taxes by increasing pereol diesel prices more
