You are creating an alarm and propaganda, just based on your whims, without any factual or scientific support. Engine oil is based on mineral oil or synthetic oil, whereas the edible oils are mostly vegetable oils. The difference is that we eat vegtables, so their oil also. On the other hand, we never drink crude oil or diesel or petrol, which we know is harmful. So where is the comparison ? Wonder what is your source of information or is there any source at all ? more

Please do not make any comment without making studies from peer reviwed sources. Lot of research papers are available on benefits as also adverse effects of various edible oils. Engine oil or any dervative of mineral oils are fundamentally different from the oils listed by you. Physical,Chemical and Physiological Properties of all the oils are well documented and covered in BIS specifications. more

where from you got this information? Each oil is different. While no cooking medium is 100% perfect, this type of misinformation is not acceptable. Millions are using these oils and all these are derived from natural sources. more
