Ola uber drivers making mockery of their systems
Appears that the cracks in the Ola Uber systems are coming out and poor consumers are being made to suffer.
Example Delhi stations some
Of them the drivers find demand through ola uber apps and locate themselves. Then when consumer is ready to go they say wont go through ola uber but i can giver personal ride at double rates.
Many consumers with family etc forced to go at last minute and end up paying higher. more

Earlier Ola and Uber were reasonable. Now they have started Malpractices like Kali Peeli Taxis. Concerned Agencieas must look in to the matter. more

File a complaint with the service provider. And put it in Facebook and ither social media of the provider. more

In Coimbatore the Ola and Drivers demand Rs. 50 more than the announced rates after booking and come only if we agree. Otherwise they keep the booking open without canceling giving some excuses like the destination is not clear etc. We had to wait and waste a lot of time to try next operator. Drivers need to be fixed. more
