Must say your survey of Uber Ola is quite a good one.

It however misses to cover the issue of toll loot that these aggregators do

For instance in Delhi they many times charge airport toll for dropping customers at IGI airport since most customers dont know they keep the money and those who complain get a refund. How many people actually complain. They are making Rs 150 per trip to drop at IGI more
