Silver City II is Purvanchal's showcase creation. It is perhaps the best that Gr. Noida has to offer. Purvanchal's subsequent projects have reportedly failed to live up to the high standard. more

Purvanchal, Stellar, Gaur are good names with timely delivery and good quality. J&P projects are good but very late on delivery. more

I own a flat on Omaxe Grand. common area facilities are good but the quality of construction of the flats is nothing to write home about. Last year I had to take this builder to court when they refused to pay the penalty for late delivery. They settled out of court as they did not have a case. J.P's creations are generally overpriced and maintenance charge excessive. All their projects are delayed by several years as the company is passing through a serious financial crisis. more
