On Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Moni..
ON Centralized Public Grievance Redress
and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS)
Not knowing its full significance, or who is operating it, I posted a complaint for help with Aadhaar card correction.
I forgot it also. As an "Old time" Indian!
A little latter when I checked it again, I was surprised to see my complaint simply closed with no action seen at my end.
No doubt, I was upset, like many others here.
But without loosing heart, I reposted my complaint, quoting the old ref number received, that was closed already
Having been born and lived in India after Independence, and not having seen ANY action being taken for 60+ years against public grivences in general, except for a few exceptions, I simply posted wondering how long I must keep fighting.
Day before yesterday or so, I received, for the first time, from that portal an SMS I think, saying that my complaint has been atteneded to.
I did not bother to check in the portal what it meant.
But I went to aadhaar portal I was pleasantly was surprised to see the requested correction done!
I went into the grivences portal again to see the contents, and I gave my feedback as Excellent ( i really mean it)
Hence my request to all is:
Please, let us all use it as much as possible.
Things are changing. may be a little slow.
They too have many probnlems to attend to.
In priority basis.
What is urgent for one may not look urgent to them!
But please let us NOT loose heart.
It will take time change everything done always wrongly over a long time. Of 60+ years
But the prioriticising needs to be relooked in to by authorities.
To me performing the MARRIAGE BETWEEN MY PAN AND AADHAAR IS MORE IMPOTRANT THAN MAKING MORE MONEY.
First time it did not appear to them so.
But my second attempt was successful
May be they want us all to write CA exams, where many take many attempts to pass even a small portion of it!
But let us attempt again and again in this Grievance Redress process. We will succeed.
But the govt also needs to think like a citizen. A sincere citizen.
I am hopeful.
I live in Chennai, TN, where the situation is bad.
What it appears to be, to a person outside is also true. Bad
But what we, a few resident here, are able to see and read behind the lines, about the hidden happenings, executed by the hidden forces are multiple.
Central govt must act more against these forces, and rectify small mistakes being made even now at their end to avoid latter huge problems that is going to affect..........................
TOTAL India and not just TN alone.
PLEASE more
