Really it is bad rule. Money should be returend within 24 hours. There is one more bad rule is come in my notice that is very tough captcha showing at the time of Tatkal or Premium Tatkal ticket booking. It is impossible to read it in first attempt, after trying in 2/3 attempts all tickets are being booked. I request all related officers to be given easy captcha which will be read easily by common person. more

Now a days, Booking tatkal ticket on IRCTC is unimaginable. I don't know how speedily tickets are booked? Even in the starting of 10 seconds it becomes regret. And this shows that there is big blunder in IRCTC. How it is possible? At least booking a ticket will take minimum of 30seconds because filling passenger details, captcha and making payment will take minmum of 30 seconds. but it is not like that. and sometimes it feels like IRCTC itself doing black marketing of ticket. more

E ticket is working well . However needs some improvement. 1.Refund of ticket are made time bound which is a lost to passengers.Refund of eticket should be more passenger friendly as fraud is minimum in this category. 2.E ticketing system problem to resolved for slow net speed. 3.Refund not travelled eticket is not happening and it needs to be looked into. Indian railways should use aadhar card no. for id proof and full name instead of A. Kumar B. Kumar etc. It will restrict ticket agent to sell ticket @ primium. more
