On line Trading and fraudulence therein.

Online trading in India is not safe for the consumers now a days. When the online purchases are catching fire with buyers, the sellers are taking advantage of craze, lathagicity, indifference to quality among the buyers and practice may methods of unethical practices. There are reports of receiving duplicate products, defective products, substitute products, and even just brick blocks in the place of Mobile phones by customers. There are also failure to send the products, problem in properly accounting the receipt of online payments, not ready to send "Cash on Delivery'method, etc. Why this happen? Because there are no enough rules framed by the Deptt. of consumer Affairs, GOI, to check such fraudulent, and impose severe punishments to defaulters. In many online product advertisements, the trader/ manufacturer and any agency which give advertisements fail to give the following information in their ads. namely
1.Correct on line Rate of product .
2.Name of address of manufacturer.
3.If it is any siddha/Ayurvedic products the main composition of the drug/product
4.For which purpose the product is use to buyers.
5.Method of payment./whether CoD is permitted.
6.Mode of Delivery.
The Govt. of India must ensure these points are included in the online product ads. more
