ON THE ROADS TAKEN
Road building contractors should be brought in to sign a commitment with 5he public and the govt. that for next minimum period of 20 yrs there will be no cracks or potholes on the roads built by them...if contrary happens they have 5o rectify at their own cost with in time frame dictted by the hovt. keeping public interest in mind.Faultering contractors should be fined extensively. more

There should be a perfect coordination that dhould be planned and setup before digging any of the roads...Do it like the developed countries do.Everything after a perfect map has been got ready and a board of discussion conducted by 3 various departments like the Telephones.pipelines, and whatever concerned dept. No isolated dept should be allowed without an approval from related depts. more

Correct, but what about the other companies/authorities digging up the road for their purpose like water authorities, OFC laying company. Shouldn't they be responsible also? Even if they repair after the work, the quality needs to be assessed by whom? Also need to ensure the timeline and make it public with the name and contact information of the responsible authority along with escalation details. The escalation process should be made online to expedite the process. more

Water use should be billed according to consumption like the Electricity use...only then the responsibility will be understood. .. more
