One of the main concern of people in digital transactions ( Next to Safety) is lot of money is going to foreign companies like VISA, Master, PayTM etc. Government should devise ways for people to switch over to RUPAY, BHIM et., and stop this outflow which is a significant amount. more

True ! RBI need to issue a guideline to all Public Sector Banks & Co-operative banks to issue only RuPay cards. RuPay cards should increase transaction limits based on the individual neeeds. Most of the MNCs & Foreign banks have Software back offices based in indian cities like Gurgaon, Banglore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune. In the past Chief Minister of Andhra has successfully pursuaded Mr Bill Gates to start business in Hyderabad. On the similar lines the Industry,Telecom, HR & Finance Ministry of Central Government should co-operate to provide facilities to VISA, Mastercard companies to install the Main Servers for gigantic indian customer base & ever expanding Indian Economy in India itself. This should be seen as an opportunity for employment generation. more

The Rupay card (a government initiative) is an alternative to Visa or Master card. Let the government insist that all banks offer this card as the first preference. Visa and Master card can be limited to international payments. Also if the merchant fees for the Rupay card is lower and the benefit is passed on then to the card user then people will automatically prefer to use these cards. more
