Online Classes Rules wont work

The Govt has come up with new rules for online classes and have permitted only 1.5 hours of online classes a day for children till class 8.

Attached are the details.

The government where it fails is in passing an order along with it that says schools will also have to cut fees by 75%

LocalCircles kindly escalate this at the earliest and all parents give your opinion on the subject.

Either full fee full time school or 25% fee and 25% Time school.

Cant be govt passes random rules and then we deal with schools and negotiate. Half baked rules are useless please tell HRD minister and secretary more

Rules framed on one sided. Teachers and supporting staff are suffering with loss of pay or lost their job.. It would have been better the situation is planned. But no action only issuing circular after circular is happening without any basic knowledge... more
I hour duration is fine for XI and XII students more
Fees should be reduced and limited to tuition fee only with other add ons like library fee etc should be completely waived more
It is good that rules are framed. Hope the parents will not mind. more
Pvt schools have been doing business in exchange of imparting knowledge so far. Considering the present economic situation and looking at the pocket strength of the parents with reduced salary, GOI must put pressure on schools to accept Tuition Fee only. more
