Online pharmacies are illegal
The drug regulatir has reiterated today that epharmacies are illegal.
Can someone in the circle please clarify what does that mean. How will govt enforce this? Warrant against the director of these companies or something against consumer? Why wont you seal their warehouses??

As far I know, the rules for e-pharmacies are in the pipeline wherein it will become market place and delivery will be done by local medical store more

Online sale of drugs is not Illegal. It is the fundamental right to carry on trade in a legitimate and lawful manner more

If online pharma sales is banned for encouraging drug abuse than offline, chemist shops must be shut in the first place. Drug abuse has nothing to do with where a particular formulation is purchased. It is all about regulations that need to be in place. Chemists are against online business because their excessive illegitimate profit margins have got a beating on account of online business. Hence, there is no case against online sellers. more
