Online shopping issue and irresponsibility of myntra company

I ordered for puma sports shoes but I received different type of shoes...I mean both are different shoes one is black and 2nd is white ...... Myntras customer care is not agree for talking and consulting with me in these metter......

I want refund and return this item ... more

Visit Consumer court with all the documents. more

Yes! If you have interest in getting your complaint redressed, agitate till you get justice done to u. File complaint with police station i.e FIR, WRITE application to Consumer forum, against Myntra,as you have purchased from them. Take prompt action and avoid time delay. Let us hope for best.!!!! more

Details of shoes order under "Items in this order" is NOT visible in invoice attached. Please attached that portion of invoice.. I checked on Myntra website and found that it clearly specifies colour of shoes as under Men Grey Supernal NU 2 IDP Running Shoes Men White Spike 19.2 Cricket Shoes..... So please check again what coluor is mentioned in your invoice. more

Myntra must have heard the killing of a Afro-American in USA.So the decided not to offend you. Slowly the white shoe will turn black. more

It is expected by Myntras customer care to cooperate with the customer. In case of non-cooperation, please issue a Regd. notice and after 15 days file a complaint in the Dist. Consumer Forum. more
