Only death penalty for child rapists
Hello all this is Akshara from Jammu. Feel so ashamed and embarrassed that 8 year old Asifa was raped inside a temple. Now her family has disappeared. It is high time that we take action against this and not engage in BJP-Congress Hindu-Muslim fights. A girl is a girl is a girl and a rape is a rape is a rape.
I only came to know today that there is a petition in the localcircles by Ms Uma Ghurka when someone sent me this link this morning - http://bit.ly/standagainstchildrape.
Everyone should sign it and share it with all their social media so the politicians know we wont take this heads down. We need change!!!!!!!!
Eight men accused in the gang-rape and murder of eight-year-old Asifa Bano have seized the attention of millions as rage courses through India at the horror of what the little girl suffered. The crime was planned by a former revenue officer who wanted to drive out Asifa's nomadic community of Bakerwals out of the Rassana area of Kathua.
On January 10, Asifa, in a purple dress, was grazing her horses near her one-room home when one of the accused, a 19-year-old, called her into the forest pretending to help look for a missing horse. The horse returned without Asifa.
The police say the man dragged her to a small village temple and drugged her. For three days, the man and two others gang-raped her repeatedly, keeping her sedated and without food. Before she was strangled and hit twice with a heavy rock for good measure, one of the men stopped the killer to rape her one last time more

Such crimes cannot be discriminated by age only. The perprepator of such crimes should not get any concession for being minor in the eye of law- a deliberate criminal is a pacca criminal. When such act is proved beyond doubt l such a criminal should be given life imprisonment without chance of any parole or any other concession by anyone, whoever he or she might be, to reduce or pardon such hard core criminals. The Life Imprisonment must be for the whole Life. The news must be given proper spread through media and otherwise. more

Who has the guts to advise the third rated, shameless, corrupt judiciary? They say they are independent and no one even GOD has no authority to advise them. Until and unless the public take law into their own hands, drag a few judges out of court and given some treatement, nothing is going to change. Even the opposition leaders does not want the judiciary accounatbility bill as this will prove a disaster for them. more

What about taking a note about why a rapist is rapist? What makes him rapist? Is it the environment around him? Death punishment is prescribed for certain crimes like murder but does it deter a person from committing murder. In most cases the criminal realises the outcome only after committing the crime. more

Saudi style punishment is the only answer to such Rape cases. It will not be long before the public will take law into their own hands and start giving punishment as the public have lost faith in our third rated, corrupt judiciary. more
