Sir, this was the first time where I went to resister my newly purchase house and was surprise to see that to pay the government duty(tax) I need to bribe the babus which is highly unacceptable. They openly demand money and someone need to take actions against it. Let me know how together we can stop this. more
This is known to everyone who has done transaction which require registration. May be this is your first such transaction. This as common as footpath business. We have no option except getting the work somehow. That somehow is everything. In fact the MRF( Maximum registration fee) is Normal registration fee +Somehow fee. Many will say that we have to resist and should not pay. But has any of those advisers resisted. The number of corrupt offices and actual no of corrupt people caught will speak volumes.
