Supreme court already laid guidelines to control noise pollution. yet it is not followed by governments all across
continuous bombardment using loud speakers day and night in name of religion prayers is act of attempt to convert ones religion without the persons will full consent
I am appealing against Misuse of Loud Speakers by Mosque daily 5 times in name of Azan that too at very loud sound disturbing more than half kilometer circle
when I don't accept to hear that I am forced to hear it 5 times daily , sound from numerous mosques all playing at different times covering about 20 minutes of disturbance more

Not only should Loudspeakers be Banned across Religions, but the ban should also extend for Political Propaganda as well. Loud, Noisy and Unwanted Crackers should also be Banned Permanently for Diwali and other Hindu festivals, for Marriages, and also for lewd celebration whenever Indian team Wins a Major Series or During New Year's eve !! Indians must stop being violent & noisy & Hindus in particular should be more Non violent towards Nature (Diwali should be celebrated in a Non violent way - Shri Krishna Never told us to Burst crackers and Enjoy the days, it must be filled with chanting God's Names, by doing Bhajans - again in a controlled way, not by using Loud sound equipments). We need to be More Environment conscious and think of lesser animals who cannot withstand loud crackers and the air which gets polluted. I am Thankful to New Delhi which has set a Very Legendary Example by Banning the Use & sale of Crackers Permanently for Diwali festival. I guess Supreme Court should have extended this cracker ban or the Whole of India as well !! more

Very best points mentioned by Sanju. Further I am in the opinion that all religious public functions/ meetings, processions on roads, even marriage processions on roads with very dirty loud noise creating traffic congestions in our small roads of city, of all the religious irrespective of cast and creed must be immediately stopped which is scrapping our peace by which elderly persons and students suffers most. If you go to any western countries, you will realizes how they are controlling noise pollution which is maximum in our country. This noise pollution is very injuries to our health. Why we all can't control it, its in our hands of people. Don't try to live in doggy style, be human, that should be motto of our Indian people. more

Implementation of law and even Supreme Court rulings are extremely tardy all over the nation. The reason: 1. There is no agency earmarked for implementations. 2. No one is demoted, jailed, and dismissed from service for not implementing the laws approved by the parliament, legislatures, and the courts. 3. Even the Supreme court does not follow-up its own directives and initiates "contempt of the court" over non-implementation. All the above and much more shall happen, if we wish to improve as a nation. more
