Openly cheating people - COUNTRY CLUB
I would like to share the worst experience i had with country club , noida. They invited us and offered a membership which had club as well as vacations membership for 25 years. We paid them some money that advance and agreed to pay balance in two days.
Due to advance paid, we got a user name & password of membership, which showed only vacations. We protested but nobody at all is bothered. Neither they are refunding the advance, nor they are replying to any mails ,phone calls.
Their representatives in Noida - yogender & ashwani seems to have run away as they are never available.
Their central customer care is also not responding. Never expected such a bad service from this company who is doing lots of advertisement in media.
I would suggest to keep away from them & if some one can suggest a way to get my money refunded, that would be a great help. more

Dear Mr. Pradeep, It is good that you are thinking to take up issue regarding trade practices of Country Club. I would like to suggest you to kindly their terms and conditions as laid in their agreement in detail so that you are able to identify the issues being violated by them. In my view the company is not violating the terms and conditions. It might be our lack of awareness. Nevertheless I would be grateful if you could share such lapses w.r.t deviation from their terms and conditions. more

I am collecting people who have been cheated by country club to unitedly fight cases by way of -1) filing a case in criminal offences wing 2) filing a case in consumer court and 3) filing a police case under IPC 420 and 4) filing a writ petition in Supreme Court since lakhs of our countrymen are involved in this cheating. Whosoever wants to join, please provide your email and telephone number as quickly as possible. more

First issue a letter charging for fraud and hurting you. you also demand compensation. when they do not reply or send irrelevant reply. then you file a case in consumer court for realizing the money paid and mental agony. you will definitely win. more

Some of us should file a crimnal suit against their CMD Mr. Reddy he is the main culprit & biggest cheat. more
