OPTIONS FOR TAMIL NADU GOVERNOR

19 AIADMK MLAs are reported to have told the Tamil Nadu governor that they would not support Tamil Nadu Chief Minister anymore.

What options for Tamil Nadu Governor now ?

Tamil Nadu governor should call these MLAs and ask them to reconfirm as to whether they have withdrawn the support to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister or AIADMK government.

If they say that they withdraw support to AIADMK government, Chief Minister should be asked to seek vote of confidence in the assembly.

If they say that they have withdrawn support to the Chief MInister only, then the governor should ask them to go and take up the matter with their party. In several cases, Chief Ministers are elected based on the majority support in the ruling party.

It is important that the governor should make his stand very clear to the people without loss of time.

ONE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT IN POLITICS EVERY PARTY WILL TRY THEIR BEST IN ALL MEANS TO CAPTURE POWER. IN THIS CASE THERE ARE WEAKNESS AND SOME FEAR WHICH SITUATION WILL ALWAYS WILL BE UTILISED BY MORE STRONGER PARTIES TO SCORE AND THE JUGEMENT BY AN INTELECTUAL , HOPE, SHOULD NOT BE GOVERNED BY THESE PARTY FIGHTS , BUT SHOULD BE BASED ON CAPABILITY, INTEGRITY, HONESTY AND RULE BY TRANSPARENT CORRUPT FREE, ONLY SHOWING INTEREST TOWARDS THE NATION, IN TURN TO ALL CITIZEN, OR ELSE WE WILL LAND UP IN HANDING OVER TO SIMILLAR CORRUPT PARTIES LIKE BOTH DRAVIDIAN PARTIES IN TAMILNADU., WHICH POSSIBILITIES APPEARS TO BE REMOTE. more
I endorse your view.At any cost this ADMK rule under OPS and EPS should continue. We can't afford to have another election now since priorities should be given for development in all fields and thrusts should on to eradicate social evils of mobile cell phone among teenagers who are going to be future citizens of India. more
The best way is to dissolve the assembly and go for fresh election. The people will decide who should be their representatives in the Assembly. Any party problem let them settle between themselves, none from the executive need to bother about it. more
Mr.Modi should understand that is plan to capture power in TN in this way is not at all work out. People entire TN people now clearly understand Mr. Modi and Central Govt. is behind this ugly scenes, no way it is help to develop BJP here. It will diminish the existing support. more
What is happening. Are these MLAs are peoples REPs or somebody's. It is time that these type of culprits who is suppose to take up peoples issue are going and enjoying at some Resort , should be taught a lesson. The time has come that we should change the entire constitution . MPs and MLAs not performing in proper manner should be recalled and should not not be allowed to contest again.Like minded people should go on write and insist for the RECALL option like the NOTA option. more
Yes. The rebel MLAs should seek a meeting of the party legislators instead of going to the governor. The governor has no role to play here. He shall not act on the letters given by those MLAs who are confined to a resort in Pondicherry. more
EC should go according to its rules and take immediate action, especially on party matters placed before them for action. Unwanted delaying tactics by EC is not good for the state. more
