Order paid for and placed on Zeecart but no delivery yet even after two and a half months
I purchased a mobile on flash sale as depicted through an advertisement on Facebook - one plus 7/7T pro (haze blue), 8GB RAM, fluid amoled display, 256 GB storage, 4085mAH battery (order no #1434) free shipping from Zee cart (zeecart.in/2938362275) , the advertisement for which was displayed on Facebook. Paid by visa card at the time of purchase, May 16, 2020, with paytm ref no :29895208199. Received an sms intimation from zeecart ( 0n 19/5/2020)saying that the order has been shipped but thereafter there's been no news from the seller to date. would like to know the course of action in order to retrieve the shipment or sue the seller. Have sent them repealed missives on their contact us page( https://zeecart.in/pages/contact-us) since they dont have an email id displayed but there has been zero response so far. If some body is offering a 50000/- phone in 1000/- you should be smart enough to understand that only fake things comes in the package like this not genuine product.In 999/- only a piece of brick wrapped in original box arrives not genuine One plus 7 pro phone. more

The moment a 37k phone is being offered for 1k warning bells should ring , you have been scammed and better to learn the lesson and move forward. more

I feel for you. Johnson you've been scammed. This online thing only work with VIP. File a report to the nearest Police station. Remember: INDIA IS A SCAM NATION. And ditch Paytm. I have been scammed once like this but I recovered my money via Payment gateway. In your case it's Paytm which is spineless. While, the amount isn't big. Take precaution in future. COD all the way. more
