Who said foreigners are healthy? I live in US and I can see obesity is an issue here too. Those who do work outs they maintain health. That is same in India too. Here rules are strict and fines heavily, it affects their personal history etc, so people fear to make do illegal things. In India if you try to implement same, there will strikes all over India :) more
