As requested, attached is the letter from us to CM Shri Arvind Kejriwal on May 27, 2015, along with the information received from our whistleblower via our circle Fight Corruption Together.
There are multiple other matters including Private Hospitals in Delhi on which we have also written and will keep you posted as actions are taken by Delhi Government or investigation agencies.

Mr.Mathur Kejriwal is only ruling a palm size state Delhi. If he can not manage administration of such a tiny system I think you people who are supporting him has no right not point fingers at Modi who is managing such a vast and diverse country like India. Your reply is totally biased towards Kejriwal. more

In RTI ACT there are enough provision to prevent corruption but the same are not followed by departments & no one of us ever bothers as to whether the department is doing the mandatory disclosures,putting the procedures on websites or not.If a fraud occurs in a department,the report of the investigation is not put on the website of department so that others can see though it is mandatory as per rti.If there is no corruption,there will be no need of vigilence department.Then what CVO ETC WILL DO.They allow the corruption to occur so that they have some thing to do. Corruption is also because most of us are selfish.We donot want to do any thing which does not pay.We can gossip but will not devot any time on prevention,to know what can be done to solve a problem,to know why the problem is there . more

The problem today is that corruption with wide ranging definition is omnipresent. This is the only truth today. It is not easy today for a person in Arvind Kejriwal's position to find a person who is 'doodh ka dhula hua'. For Kejriwal, managing administration is also not an easy task with power and authority remaining with the Centre that is at the other end of the spectrum. With due respect to the RSS-BJP family, it comprises of the business community mostly who indulge in all sorts of unfair business practices which is not possible without 'forced' bribery to people in power. I cannot forget the words of Mr. Adani the most powerful business tycoon who said in an interview on the eve of 2014 elections in response to a question, "We help Mr. Modi as he helps us." In what way he, or, his business community helps the political leadership that leads to corruption is your wisdom to understand. Kejriwal is decidedly a far better political leader of the day. more

The corruption in India cannot be controlled unless the State Governments whole heartedly join this mission. But no body wants to hit the foot with his own axe. Majority of the elected members wants to accumulate maximum wealth within 5 years with the active support of govt. officials involved in the chain. The booty is shared honestly amongst all the stake holders (from Mantry to santry). Even many Class IV employees have become crorepatis having bunglows, farm houses, flashy SUVs etc. The present toothless anti corruption laws do not fall in their way as they win almost every court case or enquiry over a period of time on the strength of their money power. more
