Our Banks and Capital management
Dear circle moderator,
This year niti aayog has anounced that there will be special focus on revitalising banks. Being a credit risk management and quantitative risk management , I have the following suggestions,
1. Currently all our banks are plagued by NPAs
2. I feel our banks should go for loss distribution approach adopted by global banks to manage capital and loan loss provisions.
3. A proper deligence process or an SOP must be established with use of CIBIL score or a credit rating officer to approve transactions of assets.
4. IF proper loan loss provisions are made then the problem of NPAs will significantly reduce.
5. Loan loss provision is the provision made when a customer does not repay his/her loan.
6. Proper provision and use of advanced models should be used for operational risk. more

there is no LOSS in RURAL areas! but the BANKS not funding for RURAL areas,and major aspect is small formers bussiness mens are not ready to lose their PROPERTIES and others more

The major anti working force on Political Democracy in India is only the Non Accounting and non Audit of the Funds of Political Parties and political institutions in India . But still , the very first inception Democratic & Political Party itself defied and denied the Accounting and Audit of Political Party's Accounts . No other Political Party also is interested to demand Accounting and Audit of Political Party Funds and that of NGOs. This is nothing but the oppressive attitude of Indian Political Democracy that none of the Governing Bodies of the Indian Constitution could stop and set right . Even the Executive is not coming forward with the proposal of maintaining the cost and expenditure of Elections in India to arrest these Selfish Political Funds that are generating only those candidates of Selfish interest rather than Integrity or Nationalism . God or the frustrated public are only the Agents to rescue from this . more

Yes! But who will Fund the Ruling Party's Elections ? All Elections are Funded by Industrial Houses and their NPAs are regularly "Written Off" by the Govt. This is a serious issue - Which Indian Political Party Accounts are Audited?? Which Political Party Assets are in Public Domain ??? and Which Political Party is under RTI provisions ???? This is INDIA ... Bharat Mata Ki Jai Ho!!! more
