Our Delhi children are getting addicted to gutka

I read about this subject today in news how kids between 7-10 are addicted to gutka and tobacco in delhi mcd schools and then remembered i saw this petition link from the circle to enforce ban:

Why have only less than 200 people signed it so far. Are the remaining all gutka eaters or do we just not care.

Pls see attached graphic which is in TOI today. If we dont act nothing will change.

Lets wake up and call for change OR hold your peace forever.

I agree to the views of Shri BK Kaul ji. The marriage laws have been enacted to safe guard the marriages. In practice the marriage laws are breaking the families resulting into divorces. The only beneficiaries of laws are only the enactors and its implementing agencies. more

Do Government laws, Enforcement of Bans, etc help in such matters. Had it been so, then cases of molestation and rapes would have totally stopped with promulgation of strict laws by Government. Then accidents would have stopped. Then killings on road side would have stopped.  So BAN do not help in reforming the society.
